All systems come standard with a one year on-site warranty. All servers come standard with a three year on-site warranty. All notebooks come with a 1 year express warranty. On-Site service is provided by Micro Warranty Services (MWS) and is a next business day service. A toll free number provides help desk support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the dispatch of parts overnight. Optional three year on-site warranties are available for a modest upgrade price for all desktops.
